'BAAAH!' by Aled Lewis
by Aled Lewis
£60.00
Inspired by General Sir Anthony Cecil Hogmanay Melchett, KBE. Stephen Fry's iconic Great War General from Blackadder Goes Forth. Fun fact: The 'Baaah!' sound of approval that Melchett made was one that Stephen Fry invented.
In the Centenary year (and month) of World War I Aled felt it appropriate to pay tribute to Blackadder Goes Forth. A show that achieved the perfect balance of humility and humour with a tricky subject matter. A true testament to the best of British Comedy!
